    wiggs-1Britain's Tour de France champion Bradley Wiggins is in hospital after being knocked off his bike.  Wiggins, who has also won four Olympic titles, damaged his ribs in a collision with a vehicle near a petrol station in Wrightington, Lancashire, at 18:00 GMT.
