BMIA good way to check if you're a healthy weight is to calculate your "Body mass index".  Your BMI is a measure of weather you are a healthy weight for your height.  It can indicate whether you're at raised risk of serious health problems.  These can include type two diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.

BMI is the best assessment of weight and can be used by most people, however it is not suitable for children under the age of two.  Having lots of muscle may put you in the unhealthy range, even if you have little body fat.  This does not apply to most people.
