Delicious hunger banishing smoothie
Simply put all the ingrediants in a blender, blitz and drink. The peanut butter, banana and honey are packed with long lasting energy, so they will keep hunger at bay for ages and you won't be tempted to hit the fatty snacks.
The protein in the milk and yoghurt is also a great help, because it takes longer for your body to digest it than it does carbs.
Ingrediants
2 peeled ripe bananas, 100ml natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 300ml semi-skimmed milk and 3 ice cubes.
