Goodbye Stoptober Hello Movember

With the start of November comes the start of Movember. This is a campaign to raise awareness of men’s health issues. Many people are probably aware of the the large number of moustaches grown this month to help raise funds for the Movember Foundation (which backs breakthrough research and funds over 1000 prostrate and testicular cancer programmes) but did you know that you can join in by being active also? There are sponsored runs and also sorts of challenges that you can sign up for. MoRunning 10k and 5k events are taking place at 17 different locations around the UK and Ireland. Or you could also host your own challenge. You can sign up at movember.com. So why not make Movember a month when you get moving!
