Weights
The U90 Stage I Dumbbells have a weight range of 2 – 22.5 kgs per hand and will replace 16 pairs of dumbbells or 374 kgs of free weights.
Increments achieved with the U90 Set are; 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 and 22.5 kgs per hand.
The U90 Stage I Set is expandable later to 41 kgs per hand with the U90 Stage II add on Kit, and again to 57 kgs per hand with the U90 Stage III add on Kit.
UB90 Stage 2 Dumbbells is the add on Stage 2B for the U90 require U90 Stage 1 and Stage 2A:The U-90 Stage 1+2AB has a weight range of 2-41 kgs per hand and will replace 28 pairs of dumbbells or 1163 kgs of free weights.
Increments achieved with the U-90 Stage 1+2 are; 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 39, 40, 41 kgs per hand.
Bench
The Bench adjusts from flat, to 30, 45 or 60 degrees and military position. The two position seat can be set flat or angled to keep you stable during incline press.
